Phantom Trader AI sits inside NinjaTrader, finds the setup, takes the trade, and manages the stop and targets across every account you've connected. Run it free for two full weeks before you pay a cent. If it's not for you, cancel and you're charged nothing.

This is the actual manager, not a mockup of one. Day P&L for the whole fleet, open positions, and every account's balance in one view. Set a daily loss limit and a profit goal per account, and it locks that account down when either one gets hit. One button flattens everything if you want out.
This home page is a fleet monitor, not a single-account view. Cards are sorted by Day P&L; use the Accounts tab to click-sort columns and right-click any account to edit daily loss, daily goal, pass target, and lockout rules.
Screenshot of the operator's own fleet. You do not need 168 accounts. It works exactly the same with one.
Fleet Arms
Markets change. No strategy prints in every condition, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. What matters is how fast you can get off the one that stopped working and onto the one that's running. Here it's a couple of clicks.
Every strategy the fleet runs is listed with its real numbers attached: win rate, net, drawdown, profit factor, trade count, and when it last traded. Sort by whatever you care about, tick the ones you want, hit assign. Something goes cold next month, you disable it and enable what's hot instead. The table shows you exactly which is which.
Every arm the FLEET runs at a profit - the same evidence our recommendation reasons over. Pick your own.
| Mine | Ticker | TF | Template | Prop | Win % | Runs on | Net $ | Drawdown $ | Profit / DD | DD % of 100K | Win:Loss | Profit factor | Trades | Days | Last traded |

Real rows from the Fleet Arms tab. Templates marked "sim only" are running on simulated accounts, and the table shows you which is which before you assign anything.
Under the hood
It reads dozens and dozens of data points at the same time and boils them down to one question: is this trade worth the risk, right now?
There is a good deal more in there than we publish, and that part stays in-house. It is the edge, and giving it away would end it. The bot is also updated regularly, because markets adapt and anything that stands still stops working.
Phantom builds its own volume profile straight off the tape and works out where the size actually traded. Point of control, the value area edges, the shelves and the gaps. Those are the prices institutions defend, and that is where it looks for a trade. It computes all of this itself, so there is nothing to install alongside it and nothing to tune.
Every level gets read across four time horizons at once: the prior session, the session developing right now, a second anchor like the week or month, and higher timeframe zones. A three minute chart still knows where the weekly shelf sits.
Mean reversion, value area fade, breakout, the 80% rule, failed breakout reversal, value escape, POC migration trend join, Level 2 sweep, plus anchor and historical variants of the fade. Each one switches on or off independently, per instrument, per horizon.
A signal is a candidate, not a trade. It has to clear the trend filter, confluence scoring, the ATR regime band, value migration, touch limits, your trade windows, your dollar risk cap, the news blackout and the ML gate before an order is ever sent.
A purpose built Level 2 engine reads absorption at the level, book imbalance, order flow imbalance and flow toxicity. Every module calibrates against that instrument's own recent history, so there are no magic numbers to set per ticker.
Every candidate gets one of these three, with the reason named in plain English. Seven kill switches sit behind it: a liquidity vacuum, a book that just got pulled, a delta divergence and so on. When the engine stands down you can see exactly which one stopped it. On a CAUTION it can take half size instead of full. On DO NOT TRADE it does not trade.

The shadow journal
Most systems throw away the trades they block, so you never find out whether the filter saved you money or cost you money. Phantom records every signal it refused as a would-have-been trade, with its entry, stop and targets, then follows it bar by bar to see how it actually would have finished.
Which means every filter in the thing has to earn its place. A gate that blocks losers is doing its job. A gate that keeps blocking winners gets found and pulled out. It is also what the machine learning trains on, and it produces far more data to learn from than live trades alone ever could.
Published trade log
This is the full NQ history from 23 March to 26 May 2026, one contract, exactly as it happened. The stop-outs are in there too. It is the same sheet linked from the bio, so you can go read every line yourself instead of taking my word for it.
Actual recorded results, 1 contract, 23 Mar to 26 May 2026. Hover the line to read any individual trade. Open the full trade log. One period does not tell you what the next one does. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Caught on screen
Screen recordings from real sessions. No narration, no editing tricks, just the bot taking and closing trades while nobody is watching the chart.
Why people switch
Most traders can spot a decent entry. What wrecks the account is the twenty seconds after it: moving the stop, sizing up to make it back, taking the revenge trade at 2:40. Phantom never has those twenty seconds. It scores the setup, takes it or passes on it, and manages the exit exactly the same way on your worst day as it does on your best one.
Doing it yourself
Letting it run
What you get
Software on its own does not keep anyone trading. What does is knowing how to set it up, being able to see what it did, and having somewhere to ask when something looks off.
Every connected account on one screen with its balance, day P&L and open position. Sort it, filter it, and flatten everything with one button if you need out.
Browse every strategy the fleet is running with its win rate, drawdown and profit factor attached. Sort the table, pick what suits you, assign it to your bot.
Daily loss limit, daily profit goal, pass target and lockout rules, set per account. Hit the number and that account stops trading until tomorrow.
One signal into as many accounts as you want, each sized on its own. Run sim next to live, or a few evaluations side by side.
Every click, in order, start to finish. Follow along and you will be running. Skip them and you will be the person in the chat asking why it is not installed right.
A room full of people running the same thing. Settings that worked, settings that did not, and somewhere to get a straight answer when something looks wrong.
Getting going
Most people are installed and trading on sim within an hour of joining.
Drop the bot into NinjaTrader and connect your accounts. The setup video shows the exact clicks. Watch it, do not skip it.
Contract size, daily loss limit, daily goal, which sessions it is allowed to trade. Start on sim until you have seen it behave for a few days.
It watches, waits, and takes the trade when it qualifies. Check the log whenever you feel like it. Two weeks to decide if you want to keep it.
What you need
The bot runs inside NinjaTrader 8. That is the requirement. If your broker or funding firm connects to NinjaTrader, you are fine. If it does not, this is not for you, and I would rather say that now than after you have paid.
The platform the bot actually runs in.
NinjaTrader is free to use for charting and simulation, so you can install everything and watch it trade on sim before any money is involved.
On a Mac? NinjaTrader is a Windows program, so it runs on a Mac through Parallels, VMware Fusion or Boot Camp. Plenty of members trade that way. You will need a Windows licence and the virtual machine software, and we will walk you through it on the setup call.
Anything that gives you a NinjaTrader connection. Check your firm's current automation policy before running any bot on an evaluation or funded account, because those rules change and it is your account on the line.
Questions
You get the bot, the setup videos and the members' channel straight away, same as everyone else. Install it, run it on sim or live, and see how it trades. If you do not like it, cancel before the 14 days are up and you are not charged.
If you do not cancel, the subscription starts automatically at $349.99 per month when the 14 days end, and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account.
No. If you can follow a video and click where it tells you, you can get this running. Understanding the strategy helps, and it is all explained in the training, but you do not need to be profitable on your own first.
They skip the onboarding videos, and then it is not installed correctly. That is genuinely the main one. The videos walk you through every single step, in order, so all you have to do is watch and follow along. Do not skip the setup videos and you will be fine.
It builds its own volume profile from the tape and finds the levels where real size traded: point of control, the value area edges, and the high and low volume nodes. It reads those across four time horizons at once and has nine different ways it can enter. A signal then has to survive a chain of gates before an order goes out, including a trend filter, confluence scoring, an ATR regime check, your trade windows and your dollar risk cap. Last word goes to a Level 2 order flow engine that reads absorption, book imbalance, order flow imbalance and flow toxicity, and returns SAFE, CAUTION or DO NOT TRADE with the reason named. On top of that a machine learning gate scores the setup and can veto it. It computes all of this itself, so you are not installing other indicators.
It holds up pretty well across the board, for three reasons. It has a regime classifier and an ATR band, so it knows the difference between dead tape and a panic and won't run the same settings in both. It only takes setups the engine scores as worth the risk, so when conditions get sloppy it takes fewer trades instead of forcing them. And you're never locked into one strategy: if the market shifts, open Fleet Arms, see which strategies are still performing, disable the cold ones and enable the hot ones. A couple of clicks. There's also a daily directive that can narrow what each chart is allowed to do as the regime changes.
Yes. Close any position with one click, and switch the bot off whenever you want, from your computer or your phone. There is also a Flatten All button that closes everything across every account at once.
Plenty of members do. Automation rules differ between firms and they change, so check your firm's current policy before you run it on an evaluation or funded account. That one is on you as the account holder.
Yes, that is what the Fleet Arms tab is for. Every strategy the fleet runs is listed with its numbers, you sort the table however you like, and assign the ones you want to your own bot.
Both, if you want it to. A lot of people start by watching how it picks and manages trades, then begin taking the same setups by hand. Used that way it is a decent way to learn a repeatable process.
