Nothing on this website or in the Services, including any landing page content, examples, descriptions, strategy discussions, screenshots, tutorials, walkthroughs, videos, Discord messages, emails, texts, support responses, onboarding communications, testimonials, case studies, social media posts, charts, dashboards, performance tables, trade logs, artificial-intelligence outputs, or promotional materials, constitutes or should be construed as:

a. investment advice;

2. NO ADVISORY, BROKERAGE, FIDUCIARY, OR SIMILAR RELATIONSHIP

Infinite Pursuit LLC is not acting as your broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, introducing broker, futures commission merchant, attorney, accountant, agent, or account manager merely because you access or use the Services.

No fiduciary, advisory, client, brokerage, managed-account, agency, or similar relationship is created through your use of the Services. You remain solely responsible for all decisions involving:

a. whether to purchase or use any bot or Service;

b. which bot or bots to activate;

c. which accounts, markets, or assets to attach to any bot;

d. what settings, permissions, or allocations to use;

e. whether to manually override, pause, or disable a bot;

f. whether to continue using any bot after any error, drawdown, outage, or changed market condition; and

g. whether to act on, disregard, or independently verify any output produced by an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning component.

3. REGULATORY STATUS; NO REGISTRATION

Infinite Pursuit LLC is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") as a commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, introducing broker, or futures commission merchant, and is not a member of the National Futures Association ("NFA"), unless expressly stated otherwise in writing on this website.

Infinite Pursuit LLC is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities regulator as an investment adviser or broker-dealer, and is not a member of FINRA or SIPC, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing on this website.

The Services are made available on a general, impersonal basis to the public and are not tailored to the individual circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, financial situation, or needs of any particular person. The Company does not direct, manage, or exercise discretion over any customer account, does not accept or hold customer funds, and does not take custody of any assets.

5. AUTOMATION RISKS; ERRORS; FUTURE UPDATES

Automated trading and software-assisted execution involve substantial and unique risks in addition to the ordinary risks of trading. The Services can make mistakes. The Services are not perfect. Unexpected errors can occur. A bot may fail, stop, delay, misfire, duplicate an action, fail to act, or otherwise behave differently than intended.

Risks include, without limitation:

a. software bugs, coding issues, parameter issues, configuration errors, and logic flaws;

b. stale, delayed, missing, incomplete, or inaccurate data;

c. internet outages, server outages, latency, synchronization failures, cloud-service interruptions, API failures, token failures, and third-party technical issues;

d. rejected orders, duplicate orders, delayed orders, missed orders, incorrect orders, partial fills, or no fills;

e. slippage, spread expansion, volatility, illiquidity, exchange halts, fast markets, and overnight or weekend gaps;

f. broker restrictions, exchange restrictions, account permission issues, position-limit issues, or buying-power and margin issues;

g. incompatibility with a broker, prop firm, exchange, or platform;

h. interactions between multiple bots, accounts, symbols, or user actions;

i. changed market structure, changed broker rules, changed prop-firm rules, changed APIs, or changed third-party services;

j. loss of connectivity between the software, your computer, your broker, and any intermediary service;

k. power failure, hardware failure, operating-system updates, antivirus interference, or scheduled restarts on the machine running the software;

l. orders that remain open, unhedged, or unprotected if the software, the connection, or an intermediary fails after entry ("orphaned" or "naked" positions); and

m. degradation, drift, or unexpected behavior of any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning component.

The Services may require future updates, revisions, patches, reconfiguration, or discontinuation. Past operation of any bot does not mean it will continue to operate the same way in the future. Updates may change behavior, performance characteristics, available strategies, or supported integrations.

6. MANDATORY USER MONITORING AND SUPERVISION

The Services must be monitored by the user while active. The Services are not a substitute for user supervision, judgment, or risk management.

Even if a bot places and exits trades automatically, you remain solely responsible for:

a. monitoring all connected accounts and positions;

b. reviewing all fills, open orders, realized and unrealized gains and losses;

c. ensuring the Services are operating as intended;

d. pausing, disabling, or overriding a bot when appropriate;

e. maintaining independent means of closing positions if the software becomes unavailable; and

f. making independent decisions regarding continued use.

You acknowledge that you may manually enter or exit trades, manually override bot behavior, pause a bot, or turn it off at any time. Your ability to do so does not reduce your responsibility for the account or any resulting gains or losses.

7. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

The Services may include one or more rule-based, parameter-based, statistical, machine-learning-assisted, or otherwise automated trading bots, workflows, execution tools, dashboards, account-management utilities, or integrations. Different bots, strategies, templates, or configurations may use materially different code, logic, assumptions, timing, parameters, entry conditions, exit conditions, profit-taking logic, stop logic, risk handling, and supported integrations.

A bot may, depending on user settings and connected-account permissions:

a. monitor for predefined conditions;

b. place entry orders;

c. place exit orders;

d. manage profit-taking or stop-related logic;

e. interact with one or more connected accounts;

f. apply account-level risk controls such as loss limits or profit targets; and

g. operate on a variety of assets or markets, subject to compatibility, permissions, third-party limitations, and market conditions.

No representation is made that any bot is suitable, lawful, permitted, supported, optimized, or effective for all markets, all symbols, all assets, all brokers, all prop firms, all exchanges, all account structures, or all market conditions.

8. MULTIPLE BOTS, MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS, AND STRATEGY CONFLICT RISK

The Company may offer multiple bots, strategies, templates, or configurations now or in the future. Those may use different logic, code, timing, assumptions, settings, assets, and risk profiles.

You understand and agree that:

a. it may not be prudent, suitable, or operationally sound to run multiple bots at the same time;

b. running multiple bots together may create overlapping or conflicting exposure, unintended concentration, increased transaction costs, duplicated risk, or strategy interference;

c. linking one bot or multiple bots to multiple accounts may amplify both gains and losses and may increase operational and monitoring complexity;

d. the aggregate risk across all connected accounts may substantially exceed the risk you have configured on any single account; and

e. all risk associated with running one bot, multiple bots, one account, or multiple accounts is assumed solely by the user.

The Company makes no representation that any combination of bots, strategies, accounts, or symbols is appropriate, safe, profitable, or recommended.

9. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING

The Services may incorporate artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, statistical-modeling, or algorithmic components ("AI Components"), including components that score, rank, filter, or otherwise evaluate potential trades, and components that may be updated, retrained, recalibrated, or replaced from time to time without notice to you.

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that:

a. AI Components are probabilistic and statistical in nature. They produce estimates, scores, or classifications, not facts, predictions, or assurances;

b. AI Components can be wrong, can produce unexpected or anomalous outputs, and can fail in ways that are difficult to anticipate, detect, explain, or reproduce;

c. AI Components may be trained on historical data. Historical relationships may not persist, and model performance may degrade over time as market conditions change, a phenomenon sometimes described as model drift;

d. AI Components may be updated, retrained, or served remotely, and their behavior may therefore change between sessions or between trading days without any change to software you have installed;

e. AI Components may be affected by errors, gaps, bias, or non-representativeness in training or input data;

f. no AI Component is a substitute for your own independent judgment, and you should not rely on any AI output as the sole basis for any trading or financial decision;

g. the Company does not represent that AI Components are explainable, auditable, or capable of producing a human-readable rationale for any particular output; and

h. the Company makes no representation that AI Components will detect, avoid, or protect against any particular market condition, loss, drawdown, or adverse event.

Nothing in this section obligates the Company to disclose proprietary model architecture, training data, weights, features, thresholds, or other confidential information.

Where required by applicable law, you may have rights concerning automated decision-making and profiling. Those rights, and how to exercise them, are described in the Privacy Policy.

10. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MARKETING, CONTENT, AND COMMUNICATIONS

The Company may use artificial-intelligence tools in the creation, drafting, editing, translation, summarization, personalization, generation, or enhancement of content, including without limitation:

a. website copy, landing pages, and advertisements;

b. email and SMS marketing content;

c. social media posts, captions, and scripts;

d. images, graphics, illustrations, charts, diagrams, mockups, and visual assets;

e. audio, video, voice, avatars, animation, or synthetic media;

f. blog posts, articles, educational materials, and documentation;

g. Discord messages, announcements, and community content;

h. automated or semi-automated customer-support responses, chatbots, and reply drafting; and

i. lead scoring, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and content personalization.

You acknowledge and agree that:

a. some content you encounter may be generated, assisted, or modified by artificial intelligence;

b. AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions, notwithstanding the Company's efforts to review it;

c. illustrative or explanatory graphics, mockups, diagrams, and interface depictions may be created or reconstructed for presentation purposes and may not depict actual live data, actual accounts, or actual results unless expressly stated;

d. any automated or AI-assisted customer-support response is provided for convenience and does not constitute advice of any kind; and

e. no AI-generated content constitutes a representation, warranty, guarantee, offer, or binding commitment by the Company.

If you believe any content is inaccurate, please contact the Company at the address in Section 28 so it can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

11. HYPOTHETICAL, SIMULATED, AND BACKTESTED PERFORMANCE

Some performance information presented in the Services may be hypothetical, simulated, backtested, paper-traded, or generated by a strategy-testing or simulation tool rather than derived from actual trading in a live account with real money at risk. Where results are presented, the Company will endeavor to identify whether they are actual, simulated, hypothetical, or backtested. If the basis of any presented result is unclear to you, do not rely on it and contact the Company before acting.

THE FOLLOWING DISCLOSURE IS REQUIRED IN CONNECTION WITH HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS:

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM.

Testimonials may be edited for length, clarity, grammar, or formatting, but the Company does not knowingly present a testimonial in a manner that alters its substantive meaning.

Where a person providing a testimonial has received or may receive any compensation, discount, free or extended access, commission, prize, or other material benefit, or where the person has a material connection to the Company such as employment, affiliation, family relationship, or partnership, that connection will be disclosed at or near the testimonial as required by applicable law.

The Company does not suppress negative reviews as a matter of policy and does not present fabricated, incentivized-but-undisclosed, or artificially generated reviews as genuine consumer reviews.

14. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS AND MATERIAL CONNECTIONS

The Services may contain affiliate links, referral links, tracking links, sponsored placements, or similar arrangements, including without limitation links to trading platforms, data providers, brokers, prop firms, software vendors, and educational products.

If you click such a link and register, subscribe, or purchase, the Company may receive a commission, referral fee, revenue share, rebate, credit, or other compensation, at no additional cost to you.

The Company may also have commercial relationships, partnerships, sponsorships, or other material connections with third parties mentioned in the Services. The presence of any link, mention, logo, or reference does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or representation regarding that third party, and does not imply that the third party endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with the Company.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and trade dress referenced in the Services are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. Such use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction.

15. BROKERS, PROP FIRMS, EXCHANGES, AND THIRD-PARTY RULES

Some brokers, prop firms, exchanges, or platforms prohibit or restrict automated trading, API-based trading, copy trading, trade copying across multiple accounts, high-frequency activity, latency arbitrage, or other forms of software-assisted execution. Such rules vary between firms, vary between account types, and change over time, sometimes without notice.

IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, BEFORE AND DURING USE, TO READ AND COMPLY WITH THE CURRENT RULES OF YOUR BROKER, PROP FIRM, EXCHANGE, ACCOUNT TYPE, EVALUATION PROGRAM, API AGREEMENT, AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE THIRD-PARTY AGREEMENT.

Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as encouragement, instruction, or assistance to conceal automated trading from, misrepresent your trading activity to, evade the detection systems of, or otherwise breach your agreement with any broker, prop firm, exchange, or platform. You agree not to use the Services for any such purpose.

The Company is not responsible for denied payouts, challenge failures, evaluation failures, rule violations, account restrictions, account closures, suspensions, disqualifications, forfeited fees, API access loss, or any related loss or consequence.

16. FREE TRIALS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Where a free trial, introductory period, or promotional period is offered, the material terms, including the length of the trial, the price that will be charged when the trial ends, the billing frequency, and the method of cancellation, are disclosed at or before the point at which you provide billing information.

UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT TO A PAID SUBSCRIPTION AND YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED ON A RECURRING BASIS UNTIL YOU CANCEL.

Cancellation instructions, renewal terms, pricing, and your rights are set out in the Terms of Service. You may cancel at any time using the method described there. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and is subject to the refund provisions of the Terms of Service and to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

17. MARKETING, TEXTS, EMAILS, AND DATA PRACTICES

By submitting your information or purchasing the Services, you may agree to receive transactional, operational, support, onboarding, security, promotional, and marketing communications from the Company by email, SMS/text, Discord, and other channels, subject to applicable law, consent requirements, and opt-out rights.

Marketing text-message consent is presented clearly and separately, is not a condition of purchase, and may be revoked in any reasonable manner, including by replying STOP. Revocations are honored within a reasonable time not to exceed ten business days. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply HELP for assistance.

Commercial email includes accurate sender information, a valid physical postal address, and a functioning opt-out mechanism. Opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional, billing, security, or other service-related messages where permitted by law.

Communications may be generated, drafted, personalized, translated, or otherwise assisted by artificial-intelligence tools as described in Section 10.

The Company may also collect, process, disclose, share, or sell certain information as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law and consumer rights. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of information involved, the purposes of processing, and how to exercise your rights.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DEPENDENCIES

The Services may depend on third-party providers and infrastructure, including but not limited to NinjaTrader, TradersPost, Whop.com, brokers, exchanges, data providers, Discord, email providers, SMS providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, payment processors, artificial-intelligence and model-hosting providers, and cloud vendors.

The Company does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, restrictions, policy changes, delays, failures, fees, security issues, processing issues, compatibility issues, data handling, or other conduct or performance.

Your relationship with any third party is governed by that third party's own terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them. Third-party services may require separate accounts, separate fees, separate licenses, or separate hardware or operating-system requirements.

19. PLATFORM AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The Services may require specific third-party software, operating systems, hardware, connectivity, or data subscriptions in order to function. Such requirements are the responsibility of the user to obtain, license, maintain, and pay for.

Where the Services are described as compatible with a particular platform, that description refers to compatibility under the conditions and configurations stated, and does not constitute a guarantee of compatibility with your specific system, version, configuration, broker, region, or account type.

Where a platform is described as usable on an operating system for which the underlying third-party software is not natively supported, such use may require virtualization software, an additional operating-system license, or other third-party products obtained separately at your cost, and may carry additional performance, stability, latency, and reliability risks for which the Company is not responsible.

20. USER COMMUNITY, DISCORD, AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Services may include community areas including Discord servers, chat rooms, forums, and comment areas. Content posted in such areas by users, members, moderators, guests, or other third parties reflects the views of the person posting it, is not reviewed or verified by the Company before posting, and does not constitute advice, endorsement, or a statement by the Company.

Statements by other users regarding their settings, configurations, strategies, results, or opinions are not recommendations and are not verified by the Company. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on community content.

The Company reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

The limitations in this section apply in addition to, and do not replace, the limitations set out in the Terms of Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

26. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER AGREEMENTS; SEVERABILITY
